Why should we study? Some things should be like this… These things are unfair… Why are things like this…Why is technology used in schools? Using technology in schools does not bring better results than traditional methods of education. (Of course, technology is for the future jobs…)

says: Teachers are now forced to perform the “put that away, unplug that, please log off” dance every class period, resulting in a waste of valuable instructional time.For many, technology has become a catalyst for distraction and off task behavior with students, tweeting, or prowling through YouTube when they’re supposed to be listening to the teacher or doing classwork promotes a lack of focus.Quick access to information can lead to a lack of critical thinking about sources and quality of information, as well as an inability to “mine for data.” Many students will likely click one or two pages into a Web site, but no further. This means that in addition to creating concentration problems, students who multitask too much develop a tendency toward skimming rather than in-depth reading and analysis. This, more than anything, will hurt grades and the development of the intellect.

Using technology moderately is better than using it all the time.

It can relieve parents from bringing up their children- parents can work, creates skilled people for the workforce, creates people who are ready for society- do not create problems for society,

TOPIC: Why there must be less usage of technology by students in secondary schools

Easily can play games and do random internet stuff- it can be an addiction plus, technology creates ways to prevent rules from being enforced- virtual desktops

Internet can cause us to always want to go on- it affects your brain-esp. in the teenage years

  Australian Icons Research- Why and How is Qantas Airlines Iconic? In March 1919, W Hudson Fysh and Paul McGinness became interested in a competition sponsored by the Government. They were unable to receive funding, and so, on 18 August 1919, in a Model T Ford, they began an assignment from the Defence Department to check a different competition route. It was during these 51 days when their determination grew to allow outback Queenslanders and people of North Australia have access to a more reasonable way of life. The key to this was air transport. Fergus McMaster, a wealthy grazier who was friends with McGinness, was the primary supporter of this new idea. He was Chairman in the beginning. The formation of the original Qantas company (Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services Limited.) was in 16 November 1920. Geographical isolation is characterised in this experiment by the difference of the swamp and forest and the existence of a desert in between the two ecosystems. Natural features are the main cause of isolation. These include rivers and mountain ranges. The geographical isolation of landmasses by continental drift is another good example. In general, reproductive isolation is the inability of related or different species breeding due to differences involving many factors. These include geographical, behavioural, physiological, or genetic barriers or differences (isolating mechanisms). Speciation could occur in this simulation in various ways. There are many types or modes of speciation. Since the yellow frogs in the swamp have very little variation, they will be much less likely to survive when the environment changes.
