Health Notes of Mental Health
Intellectual wellness: I will try to find opportunities in which I can help others through practical skills. I will further develop my ability to create my own viewpoint, as well as provide feedback.
Occupational: Being a student, I set goals and work towards them. At school, there are set rules which everyone follows.
Emotional wellness: Express emotions in even more positive ways. Develop skills to make decisions with minimal stress or worry.
Environmental: I ensure my rooms are well lit; perhaps join groups of this school to improve the natural environment at school.
Social wellness: increase opportunities
Healthy habits are different for different people. What works for one person may not work for another. Everything is working. We want a balance between these aspects
Analysis of weekly timetable: School activities would
be filled with various activities during holidays.
Wellness: Healthy people; characteristics of good
health; meditation; good environments; happy
Fitness: People exercising, healthy diet, correct
amount of fitness
It depends on what the stereotype is… though there are
different ways of achieving good health; the media portrays unrealistic images
in order to grab the interest of the reader (it is not normal?) or for the
purpose of advertising and selling products.
Anxiety is continuous nervous feelings which can be
unhealthy. Most of the time, feeling nervous is natural and good. Other times,
especially when it is prolonged, it becomes an issue and must be addressed.
Depression is the feelings that a person may
experience; they may not be able to feel happy; sometimes it occurs with no
choice, other times it can be avoided. Some signs and symptoms can be obvious,
others are more obscure.

Causes are wide-ranging, writing thoughts down is a
better strategy/coping mechanism
