 Dear Health Care Complaints Commission,         My inquiry is about the 'Because it looks at standards of care, the HCCC can investigate a complaint that the health care or treatment that you got was below the accepted standard.' which is of greatest concern to me.   What would be the accepted standard in terms of medication in mental health facilities?           Please bear in mind that the reason for this inquiry is because of treatment of a close family member here (who was forced by close family members- a slight mistake) to the Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit – Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Building 52, Gate 3, Corner Palmerston & Lowe Roads, Hornsby Hospital, Hornsby NSW 2077   or an equivalent part of the mental health facilities provided there in Jan 2013.       The issue is that, not only did they destroy all evidence of everything that was taken into the facility,...

I’ve spent more than 14 years with them, and VAIO, especially my TZ2, has taught me a lesson finally – to hate the heat, the microwaves, and the LED screen – only the keyboard is fine.
